I applied online. I interviewed at MetTel (New York, NY) in Mar 2017
Interview
I would have to say it was the most unprofessional interview process. First interview they made you fill out a personality test then calculate your score then met with the HR Manager. On the day of the second interview the HR person e-mailed me asking what time she set the interview because she forgot. I was in a room waiting to meet with the VP and I waited for some time then the HR person came in and told me he was to busy and sent me home. This was unacceptable considering how far I traveled to get there. Then the final interview I got to finally meet with the VP. Simple process but did not keep you in the loop or anything at all. I had to e mail them several times after my final interview to figure out if an offer was extended. Just overall very unprofessional of their HR not to mention the e mails were all typos. Their HR department is a complete disaster and if you aren't jewish you will not succeed here. STAY AWAY from this place I promise you won't regret it.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MetTel (Salt Lake City, UT) in Feb 2017
Interview
Excellent interview. I went to the downtown office and meet with two excellent individuals. The first interview was with a GM. He was very strait forward yet very personable. He them passed me over to a department director and we talked about day to day expectations. Over all I was very happy with who I met and the process.

Question 1
The initial questions were the average interview questions. Then we talked more personally about my skills and how they could fit with MetTel.

Interview
I applied online and i started with a phone screening, where they asked various questions related to my skill set and background. The next day I received an email to come in for a FTF interview with HR. Let me start by saying that the building and the office is amazing. Great location and the views from the office are great. When I arrived they had me fill out a personality quiz and job application. The quiz took around 10 mins to complete. I then met with the head of HR for about 15 mins. It was your standard interview question. I then met with the head of Customer Care for around 20-30 mins. They then told me that they would be reaching out to me in the next few days. I received an email the next morning saying that they would like to move forward with me and if i could please send them 3 references. A few days later they emailed me once again with a job offer. The process took around 3-4 weeks.
