I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at MetLife (West Des Moines, IA) in Oct 2015
Interview
I went to an open house. Two managers would pull you and take you to a room. Very relaxed environment I guess depending on who you interviewed with. FYI whoever you interview with, one of those people are more than likely to be your manager.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MetLife (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
Smoke, Mirrors and Lies. NO Training for position. Both Managers/Supervisors that interviewed me said that there would be training. Have to write more to satisfy Glassdoor posting policies. Noticed that the advertised salaries never make it on Glass door for Charlotte.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Significant pay cut from previous compensation. Answer. Wanted to change careers and thought the MetLife would give me the opportunity to learn and grow within the organization to enable me to be an asset to the organization. I have never worked fulltime with people who work fulltime and are on various public assistance programs.
