MetLife Team Lead - Technology Services interview questions

Interview consists of 2 round. 1 with Indian team and 2nd round happened with US team. Decent questions on terraform, pipeline, azure infra, networking, sdlc and security. I am disappointed with recruitment team as initially they scheduled interview for AM designation and after clearing the interview they said you have less experience and we can offer you TL designation but this come under less salary band. They ended up offering me 20% hike from my current salary which was really bad experience
