      Business Analyst/Developer Interview

      18 Mar 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at MetLife

      Interview

The first interview was over the phone, it lasted around 30 mins and was strictly behavioral questions mainly about instances where I worked with a team. I was extended the offer to visit their campus, everyone was extremely nice and inviting. I had 3 30 min interviews with nothing but behavioral questions, NOTHING technical even though i was also going for the developing position. Their biggest thing is to be yourself, and not to be too nervous because the interviewer is just as nervous as you are.I was extended an offer a little after a month.
