Interview
The MetLife internship interview process is quite relaxed. Applications for the MTU internship open from December to February. Initially, you'll receive an invitation for a WebEx interview with a recruiter, which lasts about 30 minutes and combines behavioral questions with inquiries about your strengths. If successful, you'll move on to a second-round interview between March and May, focused on the specific team you may join. Overall, it is one of the easiest and most laid-back processes for securing an internship.

It was a smooth process. First it was a Phone screening then if you move on you get a teams interview with a director or VP of whatever department your applying for

Star questions as well as proficiency in Microsoft office and to rate it.
Behavioral, very standard. That was it, asked me some very light conceptual questions but nothing insane. They asked stuff like “how would you learn a new language” and “how do you work in a team”.

full day of interviews. Started talking with an actuary, then met with younger assoiciates, and someone in the investment department. By the end of the day I was ready to leave and never come back.
