I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MetLife (New York, NY) in Jan 2015
Interview
Two phone interviews, email contacts with the people who were interviewing me. we had two brief conversations and then i was extended an offer for my summer internship. i accepted the offer and we were in constant contact until my internship began.
It was a smooth process. First it was a Phone screening then if you move on you get a teams interview with a director or VP of whatever department your applying for
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Star questions as well as proficiency in Microsoft office and to rate it.
Behavioral, very standard. That was it, asked me some very light conceptual questions but nothing insane. They asked stuff like “how would you learn a new language” and “how do you work in a team”.
