First you go through a phone call interview with the head recruiter. It was all fit based questions and they ask questions related to what you want to do. The superday was 3 one on one interviews. All fit questions to see if you are driven. Resume based questions for the phone call and superday.

Interview
Started with an on campus interview, very simple questions, then a super day at the Whippany office. At Whippany you will have 4 or 5 interviews with different associate/directors with a lunch in between. Fairly simple questions. Did not ask any questions about the company itself.
The interview process for Metlife was very fair. The interviewer was very kind and the conversation flowed smoothly. I did not feel nervous -- it seemed like a normal conversation. I was glad I received the opportunity to participate in this interview.
