It was an easy interview with the hiring liaison for that position. Depending on your education level you might need to take a para pro assessment if you do not have an associates degree. If you need to take the para pro and haven't been in school for a while just make sure you study for it.

Interview
Interview was conducted by school principal in a conference room. The interview lasted approximately 45 minutes. He asked the usual questions, experience working with children, experience in classroom support. Some questions were detailed and even asked for my career goals which was nice. Usually employers do not care about developing their staff. He also asked about my flexibility and adaptability and willingness to help others.
