Interview
Submit resume. A phone interview may occur. An in person interview may then be scheduled to meet with the training manager and/or regional manager. A personality questionnaire may be given. A final meeting with the president of the company may follow. HR will call to extend a conditional offer or a letter is sent to thank the person for their interest in the company.
