Merrill Wealth Management Client Associate interview questions

Interview experience itself was fine however, the follow up process was very exhausting. I was supposed to get an update within two weeks of the interview (which never came through) and after a month of waiting, when I reached out they mentioned the position was filled. The interview was typically about introducing myself, chatting and getting to know the team and I was confident enough that my answers were clear and precise (those were basic questions about my experience so I would know). However, I understand I might not be a good fit. But not following up or informing that I’ve been rejected has been unpleasant.

2 rounds of interviews 1st on a 30 minute zoom call with more behavioral/situational questions 2nd was in person and met with the team; more just a walk through of my resume
