Interview
I interviewed with two people. They asked me basic questions about my resume and work experience. Asked about my strengths and weaknesses, who are my idols, some basic maths questions, why finance, why merrill, who is the CEO, etc.
Nice, boss was easy-going. Was not intimidating. Would interview again and recommend to a friend. Friendly environment. I am glad to have worked there and consider going back in the future.
The interview was for a part-time internship position at the company. It was a pleasant experience, just general questions about academic and previous work experience. Overall I had a good interview.
There was an online application, phone interview, and two IN-person interviews. Overall, the process wasn't too bad. Most questions were personality based with one or two technicals. Recommend going through this process to anyone!
