First round was a telephonic HR round. Next round was online technical round mostly MCQ questions based on SPSS. Third round was dial in conference round with Operational Tech team where situational and guestimate questions were asked and answers were judged based on their requirements. Next was insisted to take a SPSS Modeler course, which on completion would be promoted to the final round. Final round isn't an elimination round:- Just basic discussions on SPSS and negotiations on salary.
