Interview
After a phone screen by the recruiter, you are scheduled for a phone screen by a peer employee. This is followed by a set of on-site interviews that is finished with a project review. The interviewers then debrief and caucus on the go/no-go. If you have more that one no-go, you are not presented with an offer.
