First step was a digital online interview. Seven questions and you have an unlimited time to prepare (except for 1/2 questions about PPC) for before you record your answer. The questions were: What you chose for your A levels (next question about degree) + why, modules you enjoyed and didn't enjoy so much, why an internship in PPC, how are ads ranked on Google, what other internships you've applied to + why, would you like to tell us anything more about yourself. After a few days I was invited to Group Interview Day. This day was supposed to comprise of a short presentation on Merkle Periscopix, a presentation from myself about something on my bucket list, someone who I would like to meet, 1 PPC questions they give you on the day and finally ending with an individual interview. However on the morning of the interview I received a call saying only the individual interview would take place. I was asked about A level choices, my degree, (least) favourite modules, any group work, work experience, what you expect to be doing, what skills I have for the job, PPC questions (explaining technical terms (e.g. match type, quality score), why companies choose PPC, why I am choosing a career in PPC + Merkle Periscopix. Interviewers were kind and made me feel comfortable, definitely not a stressful one.
