Interview
The first round interview was with the Assistant Controller & Controller that would supervise & manage me. The second interview was with two other Assistant Controllers. Both of the interviews were done remotely over microsoft teams.

I went through a multistage interview where skills were assessed and experience was relevant. The team really wanted to get a good fit for the role rather than just filling the seat.
