Interview
The internal recruiter, Rachel, conducted a short screening before scheduling a zoom interview with the hiring manager. After that I had two separate interviews over zoom with two additional directors and one in person site visit/tour with the hiring manager before receiving an offer. Rachel was great throughout the process in responding to texts and providing updates. Overall a straightforward interview process and really great transition once the offer came in.

Interview
Jennifer from HR reached out to me through Indeed. I replied and we talked on the phone the same day. She set me up with a phone interview with the hiring manager later that afternoon due to his upcoming travel plans. That led to an onsite panel interview with 3 people a week or so later. About a week after that I spoke to the Sr. Director because the VP was not available. This had to be over the phone due to the Covid-19 scare. I accepted their offer 6 days later. Jennifer did an amazing job of being responsive and kind, as well as keeping the process moving despite the chaos related to the virus. Everyone else was very professional as well.

Interview
Jennifer, Mercury HR, reached out to me on LinkedIn. She was very friendly and professional. I applied to a couple positions, and she even went as far as telling me that she thought a more fitting role would be approved and opened soon. We touched base weekly for a few weeks and when it opened, I applied. She was always responsive and thorough. I have interviewed with many people at this junction. Everyone I have encountered has been pleasant and professional. I have a previous colleague that works for Mercury Systems now and he absolutely loves the company and culture.
