First round interview with an engineer in the program, it was a casual elevator speech style initial screening and received call for second interview the next day. Interviewed with a Senior level member who helped head the program and a 2nd year engineer who was in the program at the same time. Comfortable interview process that focused on broad problem solving and leadership experience. There was no technical questions during the interview, however they do make you take an online test that is more about lawyers and liability that is confusing and surprising for an engineering position.
