Nel complesso sono stati tutti colloqui di carattere conoscitivo, motivazione e tecnico per comprendere le competenze acquisite e necessarie per ricoprire il ruolo.

Processo extremamente confuso, passei pela mesma etapa do processo seletivo com funcionários diferentes, porque o time de RH parece não se comunicar. Uma das entrevistas foi feita enquanto a funcionária do RH brincava com o cachorro, completamente sem foco.

I had first a phone call with the HR, then with the hiring manager, then I had to video record a self-introduction, then an in person interview. The process have been long. the self-introduction has been a very unpleasant experience personally because I was not told who would see it.

Question 1
Pretty standard questions. But I found the video self-introduction kind of disrespectful, since you were asked to self-introduce yourself to who-knows-whom. When I met the manager did not give me a nice impression, and I felt some stress on the commercial side rather than the clinical/scientific aspect. This really pushed me back and I think made me clearly not attracted by the environment and position.
