They flew me out the day before. I gave a 60 minute presentation in the morning. Then, the rest of the day was reserved for one-on-ones interviews. I need 30 words for some reason.

Standard Stuff: why do you want to work here? Questions regarding how you handle conflict...etc. Zultanski told me my chemistry was lackluster and that others do it better. Very accommodating environment...
First application online, and then have an HM online meeting about 30min, On-site interview for a whole day, containing research talk and several 1 on 1 and 1 on 2 interview.
