I applied through university. I interviewed at Mercer
Interview
The interview process was not too hard. Usually if you're a target school, they'll first interview you at your school, and if you make it to the next round, you'll meet with 4-5 consultants. You'll have a 30 minute interview with each of them. Just know why you want to work for Mercer and what you want to get out of the experience. Other than that, prepare for it like you would any other interview, and you'll do great.

Question 1
One thing they asked was why you wanted to work for Mercer.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Mercer (Portland, OR) in Jan 2019
Interview
Started out with submitting a resume. Then a video interview with a lot of behavior questions. Then it was three in person interviews that were 30 minutes each. The interviews were pretty easy and it was more of a getting to know you thing than a really hard interview.
