I applied through my university using Handshake. I first had an interview on-campus at my university with the Director of Informatics. The interview went smoothly and I really enjoyed it. It felt more like a regular conversation instead of an interview. After that, I received a second interview at Mercer-Phoenix. This interview day consisted of four interviews of 45 min with two Mercer employees each. Most of the interviewers made me feel uncomfortable. They expressed several times that they were very busy and seemed that they didn’t want to interview me and go back to work. The questions were vey standard and the logical questions were easy. For example, I was shown a table and was asked what I could infer from it, or was shown a code and was asked what was it doing.
