Mercer Graduate Associate Consultant interview questions

Applications for Kepler Associates are run by recruiters Dartmouth Partners. I applied for the position through a Dartmouth Partners form, then spoke to a recruiter over the phone. The first stage interview took place around two weeks later, and consisted of brief numerical and reading comprehension tests and a discussion with a Dartmouth Partners recruiter, which covered my CV, general understanding of the company, and analysis of some remuneration data. The assessment day took place 3 weeks after this, and was a half day with two interviews with Kepler Associates partners and a case study.
