Outrageous interview process. 2 full days of skills assessments from 6:15am-2pm without any compensation. An interview with a “team leader” consisting of 5 long answer form questions, including a “trick question” we were told right before entering interview. These questions were ones that one might be asked in an interview for a C suite position rather than that of an assembly line or production team member.
