I have to say, I was disappointed with the interviewers I had.
It was over Microsoft Teams, which is fine, but both turned up late to the meeting room and without professional clothes. One of the interviewers was even sat on the floor. She also did not wear earphones, and so I was able to hear myself the whole time and it was very distracting.
The interviewers made no effort to be charming and personable, it came across as though they just wanted to get the whole thing out of the way.
Overall it was a negative experience. I got a call from my agency telling me I did not receive the job. When I asked what I could I have done better, I was told that my interview was fine, they just didn't like that I have a notice period of a week. I thought that this would be better than the usual standard, but apparently not. Considering my interviewers only started working there at the beginning of this month (I looked it up), I suppose I shouldn't be surprised.
I'm very disappointed with Mercedes Benz, and I can't say I will be recommending applying there any time soon.
