Interview
The interview process was very long, but simple. There is an initial meeting with the CEO where she asked questions about me and what kind of person i am. Then i found out later that day if i was eligible for the second round of interviews where i spent a day in the field where i learned what i would be doing in that position. Overall an easy interview, but just very long.

Interview
There are a few stages and the second one is a shadow interview for the day. You follow an employee through their day to get a feel for the job. Meraki puts out a lot of different job opportunities, but they are all for the same job. It's a direct marketing job where you will stand in a store and try to get people to sign up for whatever company you are representing. I ended up leaving this portion early and felt misinformed on the position.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
If you had to come up with an app on the spot and sell it, what would be the app and how would you sell it?
We have never intentionally tried to mislead anyone as to the nature of any job. All of our positions are clearly described in our advertisements, and anyone who attends an interview at our company has responded to one of those. We'll, of course, take a fresh look at our postings to make sure they are as clear as they can be.
We want to make sure that this role is a match for potential candidates which is why the second interview is more in depth and covers a lot of material. After this interview, we and potential candidates are sure if we are a match or not. We are glad that the interview process provided you with a wealth of information to help you make a well-informed decision about your possible future working in the environment you were shown.

Interview
1. first you meet with the owner. If you pass,
2. then you observe what they do, after that
3. You go back for a final round interview
It a longer than average interviewing process but it's great because it really gives you the opportunity to truly see what they do and learn about the company
