Interview
You will do a phone screening and schedule an in person interview. When you go in for the interview they will ask you to go out with another Case Manager to see what the job is like. You will then get an offer via email/phone.

Interview
I had my first interview via zoom. It was 30 minutes long and I was asked around 4-6 "tell me about a time" type questions. After the questions my interviewer talked about the company and the role in more detail (talked about benefits, pay, PTO, etc.). Afterwards I asked my questions and was sent a short behavioral assessment quiz to take online. I have my face to face interview this week.

Interview
It was a Two part interview. Very simple and quick follow up. I first spoke with the hiring representative and then had an interview with my potential supervisor and another peer from the team. They were very friendly and asked straight forward questions regarding the field of social work. They emailed me within two hours to discuss the job offer. They offered me a decent amount considering the position and with my experience.
