You submit an application either online or in person. Human Resources will call you back within a few days. There are two separate interviews. If you get the second one it's likely you'll be given an offer. The first day is a training day to get all your paperwork filled out and meet your department managers. They will give you a quick run down and you can leave whenever all that is done on the first day.
