Email in your resume in reply to craigslist ad and get called for a group interview with 2 or 3 guys other. They show you their promotional video and talk about their profit share pay scale. They are more or less trying to sell the job to you , more than you are trying to impress them. They ask about your networking and sales skills even though you will not likely use these working for this company. If you are young and in reasonably good shape you will probably get an offer.
