Great.......interviewer very personalble............asked appropriate questions. Promotes company well but doesn't really have an understanding of Medicare policies that pertain to position. Interviewers energy was contagious. Has very positive attitude. Offered me a position on the spot.......which is very strange.

The interviewer was very energizing and it detracting from my asking more questions about the policies of the company and how they interface with Medicare.

I was asked questions on the phone about background, education, and availability. Questions were basic. after that, I had a meeting with the Regional Director to discuss the pay rate and the work process.
