Three total interviews.
First with the department manager virtually.
Second with department manager and 3 other managers in the department.
and Final with the Department Executive Director. I was completely transparent and consistent with my salary requirements coming with 13 years of experience.
Every interview consisted of the management team telling me how much the department is struggling to maintain staffing, and how much additional hours it will take on my end to work alongside the team to gain the teams trust. A current employee called during my interview (which the manager didn't step away to take) explaining that she cant come in for a full shift and she replied "its okay, as long as you come in." When asked how the team is held accountable I was told. "Well they're union, so its really hard to hold anyone accountable" I received a lowball offer 3 weeks later.
