Received a call about scheduling interview, upon arriving I was taken into a room where it was a interview panel set up where I answered questions from a group of staff members

The company reached out to me multiple times. They were very flexible about scheduling and rescheduling interviews. The process was very informal, yet professional. I felt informed about the position and also felt as though I was a desired candidate for the position.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MemorialCare (Long Beach, CA) in Jul 2021
Interview
After you submit your application you will be asked to meet for an interview. Mine was on zoom during COVID. The interview on zoom was still with a panel of individuals that are in charge of the unit you are applying for. The zoom interview was 30 minutes long and several questions are asked in that time frame.
