I was interviewed in 2017. It was a long process, I guess it took 45 minutes. There was a panel of RNs and Nurse Director who conducted the whole interview process.

Question 1
There were easy and difficult questions. They wanted to find out more about your nursing and time management skills, previous work background, your passion, your loyalty towards a company and why they will hire you. They also asked me situational questions that were applicable in the area that I applied.

I interviewed for a new grad position here and found it to be very relaxed. Lots of situational questions and behavioral questions. It was very conversational rather than panel based.
There was a panel of 3 nurses. Manager, Day shift and night shift. and ICU. they asked situational questions. why i wanted to become a nurse. It was only one interview.
