Melaleuca Software Developer Intern interview questions

The “interview” was extremely brief and consisted only of informing me that the company does not hire recent graduates or seniors, preferring to convert interns to full-time roles. No actual questions were asked, so there was no opportunity to demonstrate skills or experience. The process could have been handled more professionally via email rather than a live call. The interviewer asked if I could hear a baseball game, indicating that while the interview was going on he was watching a game. Not professional.
