The employer expresses interest in your application then invites you for an interview. After accepting the invite, the employer ghosts you then after a few days says that the position has been filled. No it’s not! The job posting is still open. Why reach out?
I had two interviews over Zoom. Both were very straight forward and asked a lot about how I would go about styling for customers and handle customer interactions. They also asked about weekend availability as that is important in retail.
2x interview. With the store manager & regional manager online. Roughly 30 minutes each. Standard behavioural-style interview questions, open to chats and questions. Relatively average difficulty with the preparation research of the company/ brand value.

Describe a time you had to manage a hectic situation.
Usually conducted by the store manager. Easygoing and very standard. They ask about knowledge of their products, how to pitch them, how to react to various customer interactions, and about competitors.
