Interview
The interview was about 30 minutes. Manager did a great job explaining the job and what they were looking for. Took less than two weeks to hear back. Manager were very friendly and easy to talk to.

Tell us about a time you went out of your way to help a customer
I had two interviews over Zoom. Both were very straight forward and asked a lot about how I would go about styling for customers and handle customer interactions. They also asked about weekend availability as that is important in retail.
2x interview. With the store manager & regional manager online. Roughly 30 minutes each. Standard behavioural-style interview questions, open to chats and questions. Relatively average difficulty with the preparation research of the company/ brand value.

Describe a time you had to manage a hectic situation.
Usually conducted by the store manager. Easygoing and very standard. They ask about knowledge of their products, how to pitch them, how to react to various customer interactions, and about competitors.
