Applied online. Someone called me within 24 hours. Did a phone interview, which lasted about 15-20 minutes. He asked a bunch of questions, behavioral questions. Then he scheduled a one on one interview. That interview was really laid back. She went over some of Meijer's policies. Asked one behavioral question and I got hired on the spot. Went in the back to copy my documents, and she said she'd call me when my background check came back.

Interview
Great team, great hours. I always have something to work on and can ask for help if I need it. There are also benefits to the job which is nice and I am able to take lunch if I need one so overall it is a great fit for me.
Very easy interview they asked about your past experience and it’s a phone call first and then in person. Once you pass both of the process you interview with the store director sometimes or you just get hired in.

Scheduled phone interview after application was submitted. Was scheduled over email. Interview was short maybe 10 minutes at most. Basic questions to assess work ethic and experience. Offer was provided via email after the interview.
