I applied online. I interviewed at Meijer (Alma, MI) in May 2022
Interview
Initially, I met wirh a series of managers from different departments l. Then I took some personality type computer testing and was given a tour of the store in employee only areas.
Good interview, nice people. Seem to be doing well with their new hires. People seemed to be overall happy. The person who interviewed me was nice. Nothing more to say than that. I like the tour they gave me of everything as well.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Meijer (Greenville, MI) in Apr 2025
Interview
Very easy and laid back. Was offered the position on the spot and met with HR to do final paperwork and submit to a background check. But because I worked for Meijer before and had to leave due to medical reasons, they rescinded my job offer.
I applied online. I interviewed at Meijer (Louisville, KY) in Apr 2023
Interview
Hired over the phone. Need open availability and willingness to work fulltime classified as part time. HR is lazy, unreliable and takes forever to schedule orientation. I waited 3 weeks for orientation. Look elsewhere this company is a joke.
