Very easy interview they asked about your past experience and it’s a phone call first and then in person. Once you pass both of the process you interview with the store director sometimes or you just get hired in.

Interview
I was called after submitting an online application on the Meijer website. I met with the assistant store manager who discussed my resume with me. He determined that even though I was applying for cashier he thought I'd do well in receiving and recommended that I go there instead. He based this opinion on my resume and previous experience as a teacher. I was hired on the spot.
Scheduled phone interview after application was submitted. Was scheduled over email. Interview was short maybe 10 minutes at most. Basic questions to assess work ethic and experience. Offer was provided via email after the interview.
Met with a department manager. Not the person who was scheduled to do the interview. Most questions were about my availability and work history at a previous employer for a cashier job
