Extremely professional. I was treated with respect and it was a pleasant experience. They flew me from NC and the entire travel experience was well organized. The interview process very well schedule especially considering how large of an organization it is.

It was incredibly easy, quick to call back and quick to respond to any questions or conversation that I had during the hiring process. I don’t think I have ever had such an easy interview.

The IT Director came in clearly already set against hiring me before it even started in his body language and verbal language. He seemed irritated, put off by the interview even though I had prepared properly and dressed well. During the interview he began to badger me with sharp, pointed questions about my resume, trying to discredit every job title and position listed on it. Clearly he was a shark trying to intimidate as he didn't want to hire me. I had been working as a contractor up to that point and doing a very good job, receiving many verbal accolades from the people I worked with. I think what happened is that a couple of his old guard lackeys who didn't like the way I looked or spoke got to him before the interview and made sure to discredit me. After the interview, I never heard a word from the IT Director or any other follow up. I left shortly thereafter and will never go back.
