Interviewed first by phone, then in person with three different people. Each person Higher up in the Store. The interview for me was simple enough, questions about my past experience, how I would handle various situations etc... As I have prior management experience I was pretty familiar with this type of interview process and would say it was pretty common.

Can you tell me of an incident in your past where you had to handle an irate customer.
Total of three Interviews. First was phone, then you meet with your manager and finally with the store director. During the interview you are asked questions as to how have handled certain situation or how you will handle certain situations.

Interview
All the applications are done online. There are three interviews: a phone interview which takes about 20 minutes, an interview with your prospective Team Leader, and one with a member of upper management. Many of the questions were very redundant and there were far too many of them. It felt as though the interview lasted for days.
