Although I was offered the job after only one interview, the interview process generally has three phases, beginning with a department team leader, then possibly either the grocery or hard good lines team leader (depending on the position), then finally ending with a the store director. Primary interviewer was very casual in their approach.

Great team, great hours. I always have something to work on and can ask for help if I need it. There are also benefits to the job which is nice and I am able to take lunch if I need one so overall it is a great fit for me.
Very easy interview they asked about your past experience and it’s a phone call first and then in person. Once you pass both of the process you interview with the store director sometimes or you just get hired in.

Scheduled phone interview after application was submitted. Was scheduled over email. Interview was short maybe 10 minutes at most. Basic questions to assess work ethic and experience. Offer was provided via email after the interview.
