Interview
Takes weeks. Go in and ask for a supervisor after applying online to get called back. Otherwise you won't get called back. Be persistent. Be prepared to answer 30 questions. Always say you can work weekends because they do not allow anyone weekends off permanently. They require you work weekends. You'll be interviewed 3 times by 3 different supervisors/managers. Depending on who's there when you go in depends on how may days/weeks it will take. The background check takes a week.

Interview
Great team, great hours. I always have something to work on and can ask for help if I need it. There are also benefits to the job which is nice and I am able to take lunch if I need one so overall it is a great fit for me.
Very easy interview they asked about your past experience and it’s a phone call first and then in person. Once you pass both of the process you interview with the store director sometimes or you just get hired in.

Scheduled phone interview after application was submitted. Was scheduled over email. Interview was short maybe 10 minutes at most. Basic questions to assess work ethic and experience. Offer was provided via email after the interview.
