1) Screen - Basic HR conversations, intentions, discussions around compensation
2) Problem Solving - cases on issues, why they are issues and how they are improved
3) Product Sense
4) Culture Fit
Streamlined process, good feedback at the end of each round. HRs and interviewers are transparent about the role and process. Four rounds were conducted in total and each round was an elimination round
