Appalling. The interview process was chaotic. The first Teams interview was scheduled but cancelled last minute. The rescheduled interview was also cancelled last minute. The third interview was not cancelled, but guess what? No-one turned up. Anyway, I finally had an interview and was told that the whole process would take around 4 weeks as it involved being interviewed by the person who the role was supporting, HR and then someone else. Turns out they already had someone in mind as the following week my application was rejected as they found someone more suited to the role. Evidently they had already chosen someone so I don't understand why they said the process would take 4 weeks. Doesn't sound very professional does it?

it was virtual. smooth and friendly conversation. covered the most important question to build an overview of the candidate. the communication prior to the interview was via phone calls. several emails followed the call to decide the interview appointment.
