The returning intern process was not intimidating at all. Once they have seen in your Workday that you have performed well in your previous internship, you are only required to do an informational interview. This is just for managers to discuss the project you will most likely be on and gauge your interest.

The interview with the manager was in mid-November. They asked a set of soft skills questions, many of which included troubleshooting and working in a team. The interview was virtual and 30 minutes.
