I was contacted for an interview within one month of applying for the position. I applied online via the company website and was not an internal referral, although in the end they decided to go with an internal employee.

I was asked basic questions about my resume and previous company experience as relevant to the position. The interview was conducted in English and Spanish, as there was a language requirement for the position.
