Interview
The recruiter kept excellent communication throughout the process as well as the hiring manager. Accommodations to and from the interview were made easily and well in advance. The interview consisted of a difficult, but diverse group of different individuals among the company who all maintained a level of respect. All questions were asked appropriately and interviews lasted approximately 45 minutes each.

Easy going , a lot of irrelevant question. But in general average question. You need to know ore than the actual requirement. In terms of time the interview take around 1 hours. The punctuality of the interviewer is 0 the person start the interview 30 minutes after the time set

Interview
*Very* long delay between first interview and application (2 months), but overall positive experience. First interview was with hiring manager for a phone screen, and to set up on-site interview. On-site interview was the following week with the Engineers at the Advanced Ablation Solutions; 4 interviews, each one-on-one style. Most questions aimed to test basic engineering and problem principles, and give the interviewee a chance to extrapolate on key resume experience and projects.
