Phone call first and then an in person. Interviewed by possible managers and then HR comes in to talk to you about benefits and what to expect on next steps. CEO does sign off on all hires so sometimes it takes a bit to hear back

Very nice interview process and the manager was super friendly and honest. She informed me in advance that the process usually takes some time in order to be reviewed and get approved. She was really open for my questions too with regards to working in the company and their systems.
