I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Medpace (Cincinnati, OH) in Nov 2017
Interview
Meet with HR Droid...then Hiring Manager, one level above and a Peer. Very buttoned-up process and they take themselves very seriously. You must drink the Medpace "Collaboration Culture" Kool-Aid...all told, about 90 minutes. They have high turnover at the lower levels and interview a lot, you can tell.

Question 1
(Lazy HR Question #1)
"Walk me though your background and how it relates to this position..."
Interview was relaxed and pleasant overall. The interviewer briefly discussed their expectations for this role and asked some simple questions like my background and a STAR story. The interviewer kindly answered in detail all my questions.

Question 1
STAR story from my previous job where I faced a challenge
HR messaged on linked about a campus event, then proceeds to ask for full CV and cover letter for the actual job. I don't even know what they do. Was nice and polite until I send the CV and cover letter and never heard back from them!
The employees leave a positive impression, and the work environment feels welcoming. The interview process consisted of 2-3 rounds with CRAs, CTMs, and HR, and the questions were not overly challenging. It seems they simply want to get to know you.
