Within 30 seconds I knew I wouldn't get an offer, the hiring manager felt disinterested/annoyed. I felt sized up & sensed old boys club energy. The process: I was contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn, went through initial interview with them, 2nd with additional recruiter, and 3rd with local hiring manager. I followed instructions/recommendations per the 2 recruiters who were kind/helpful. I prepared very well, answered questions thoroughly, had prepared questions was friendly, & dressed professionally.
